CogniTrack does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs.
• We do not serve advertisements.

2. Data Storage

All data generated by CogniTrack — including your test results, baseline measurements, and history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

3. Data Export & Import

CogniTrack provides the ability to export and import your data in a .cognitrack file format. When you export data:

• The file is generated locally on your device.
• You control where the file is saved and with whom it is shared.
• CogniTrack does not transmit exported data to any server.

4. Third-Party Services

CogniTrack does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms. The app operates entirely offline and does not make any network requests.

5. Children's Privacy

CogniTrack does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it is inherently compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from within the app by going to Settings → Delete All Data. You can also delete individual test records from the History tab. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Since we do not collect contact information, we encourage you to review this page periodically.
